As I listened to the video, I tried to the things that the narrator asked me to do.  I felt that the only thing that I could control was my breathing technique.  I think it must have worked because as soon as the video was over, I feel asleep for 3 hours.  Not sure if I was tired, or just doing what he asked me to do made me relax, taking deep and slow breaths.
